Order processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as high order volumes or postal service delays.

We are currently shipping from China to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Orders Below $200

• Standard Shipping: $9.99 (10–15 days for US; Rest of World 10–20 days)

• Express Shipping (Optional): $45.00 (4–6 business days USA; 6–9 days others)

Orders Above $200

• Shipping Fee: $9.99

• Shipping Method: Express Shipping (4–6 business days USA; 6–9 days others)

Carriers

Delivery is carried out using various carriers: Cainiao, China Post, Singapore Post, 4PX, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We choose a carrier to optimize the cost and delivery time at our discretion.

Tracking number

All orders have a tracking number that allows you to receive information about the location of the package. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate in the system.

Delays

If you have any questions about the order, for example, if your order is delayed by the carrier for more than 30 days, contact us and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

In case of a long delay of the parcel, we will offer a full refund or a new shipment at our discretion.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes and duties must be paid by the buyer in accordance with the laws of the country of residence.
