REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Vancity Wheels, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our refund and exchange policy, as well as important information about returning your order.

REQUESTING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us here, via WhatsApp live chat, or mail us at support@americanwheelscompany.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If we find that the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, the return may be subject to a restocking fee or be denied altogether.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your item(s), please contact us here or via WhatsApp live chat and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Vancity Wheels. Examples of a Vancity Wheels error include incorrect item sent or item is defective or damaged at the time of receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your item(s) are returned safely.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Some items are not eligible for returns, including personalized or customized items, sale items, and gift cards.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@americanwheelscompany.com and provide us with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

SUMMARY

To return an item, please follow these instructions:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Provide us with the order number and the reason for your return.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
4. We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
• Items that have been purchased on sale or clearance

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please contact us here or via WhatsApp live chat and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days of processing your return.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To initiate an exchange, please contact us here or via WhatsApp live chat and provide us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you the new item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) you are exchanging is of a lesser value, we will issue you a refund for the difference.
