If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns, refunds, or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds, helping you navigate the process smoothly.
REQUESTING A RETURN
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via live chat or email us at support@americanwheelscompany.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return. We will promptly guide you through the next steps.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or be denied altogether.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Upon approving your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your items back to us. Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or damaged product).
- If we issue a return label, refunds will be issued after deducting both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
To ensure the safety of your returned item(s), we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@americanwheelscompany.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
RESTOCKING FEE
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days of processing your return.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (if we issue a return label) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- The 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, please reach out to us via WhatsApp live chat or email us at support@americanwheelscompany.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your returned item is received and approved, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement item(s).
- If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- If you prefer an item of greater value, the price difference will need to be settled before shipping the new item.
